Earthworms, although they are not a natural part of a fish diet is very pleased. Simply wash the excess soil and carefully feed. Be aware that the land has not been recently sprayed with chemicals or pesticides. Naturally, the worms may be necessary to cut up to smaller fish, depending the size of both worms and fish. If you are up to the task, they can be chopped in a blender to make a delicious brew of baby fry. Hopefully an old blender dedicated to fish would be the right choice.
